3.    If you already know the style or stock keeping unit (SKU) number, enter this number into the search box on our Home page and click the search icon.

Once browsed for your item, place them in the shopping cart. You can make changes to your shopping cart or add additional items at any time by clicking on the shopping cart tab at the top of the screen.

When you have finished shopping, and are ready to checkout, take a quick look at the items in the shopping cart to ensure they are the the right type, in the right quantity, then click the checkout icon and follow the easy instructions.

It is important that your name and the billing address on the order exactly match the information on your credit card, so the order can be processed successfully. We will notify you via email confirming your order details.

Unavailable Order

Please note that from time to time we offer periodic specials which may be available for a short time. Once these items are out of stock they will not be back ordered. If an item is not available we will send you email within 2 business days to inform you and you will be able to choose to make an alternative selection, wait until the item becomes available, accept partial shipment or cancel the order.

Tracking Your Order

If order status information is needed, you will be able to check or review updates on the order via our website Order Tracking or Check Order Status page or please wait the allotted time for delivery based on the shipping method chosen. We will email the Shipping Tracking details to you.

Estimated delivery times vary with the chosen delivery method and your state address, including Alaska, Hawaii, Military APO’s and FPO’s, as well as Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.
