Returns/Exchange

We guarantee fit and satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within 30 days of order. All items return to us must be in saleable (new/ unworn) condition. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, warranty, documentation and manuals. There is a Special Holiday Extension for orders placed on October 13, 2011 through to December 24, 2011. On this occasion, exchanges and returns can be made through January 31, 2012.

Reshipping fees for exchanges must be paid prior to reshipping. No credit will be issued for worn/used or washed items. Personalised items are not eligible for refund/exchange. All items returned for exchange will be charged for reshipping, any item returned for refund will have a twenty percent restocking fee applied. SurplusMilitaryStore.Com will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/parcels. We recommend that you obtain proof of shipping and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against any consequential loss.

If an item is returned for a refund and the original order qualified for free shipping, the actual outgoing shipping charges (which would have been applied on the original order) will be deducted from the amount of refund due. Other restrictions may apply.

Note: Customers must email us at CustomerSupport@SurplusMilitaryStore.Com to obtain a Return/ Exchange Merchandize Authorization Number and return instructions before sending the return package. Return/Exchange will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please allow up to 14 days to process a refund, when we received the returned item.

For Exchange orders, if there is a balance due, we will charge the same credit card or account as the original order. If credit is due, we will credit the original account or credit card.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE FOOTWEAR, THE FOLLOWING BRANDS CAN NO LONGER BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED - ORIGINAL SWAT, 5.11, BLACKHAWK, UNDER ARMOUR.

Minimum Order Amount

Please note we can only accept a $4.99 minimum order.

International Orders

We presently accept orders outside of the continental United States APO’s, FPO’s Addresses and US Territories.

We specialize and welcome all international orders. We cannot be responsible for the item once it is in a foreign country. On larger volume sales, (over $1,150.00US), please email us first,  for quotes on Shipping, Insurance and Methods of Payments. PLEASE NOTE: WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADD UP CHARGES TO SHIPPING ON ORDERS THAT WE DEEM 'HEAVY AND BULKY' .

Please have ready any requests for customs declarations, Or special packaging requirements.

Our international shipping rates are based on Weight and Documentation time.

We can ship by any method USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL.

APO/FPO shipments-  Please allow extra time for delivery, these items go 'space available' and are sometimes lost.

Order Cancellation and Changes

If an item is not available or on a back order and we do not expect to meet your required time frame, you will be notified within 2 business days via email and you will be able to either cancel the order, make alternative selection, accept partial shipment, or wait until the order is available.

Payment

We accept payment online via MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. Your card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorization.  We encourage our customers to ensure that orders placed (especially first order) must be delivered to the address the credit card is registered to. This is to protect you from the increased threat from Internet and Credit Card fraud.

Sales Tax:

All orders placed by residents of the State of Pennsylvania and New York are subject to 8% Sales Tax respectively. For purchases made by residents in all other States of America, SurplusMilitaryStore.Com is not required to charge sales tax.

Our Web Content Limitations/Variations

Please note that in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel the order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged to the customer’s credit card. Refund or credit in the amount of the incorrect price shall immediately be issued to the customer’s account.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the product descriptions and specifications are correct. The limitations of color reproduction may mean a slight variation from the actual products can occur.
